Hey all,

I have been a lurker and now I can be a poster..how exciting is that? I am

having some issues that I would like some feedback on. I started one year ago

at 240.I am now 153-155.I don't think I will ever hit MY goal of 130,and its

depressing me.My appetite has returned with a vengeance.These are some of my

concerns,any suggestions are appreciated.

1.I fill up very quickly sometimes after 5-6 bites.I stay full for about an

hour then I am hungry again.I have tried eating slower at meals and eating more

volume but it doesnt work especially if I am eating protein.

2.I don't do well with protein.It leaves me with a " lump " in my throat.But i

do AWESOME with carbs...

3.I have at least 5 bowel movements a day.This is no exaggeration.My stools

are soft not diarrhea but not hard.Is this a concern?

4.My labs came back perfect in all areas...am I still in malabsorption?

5. I am able to drink 16 oz of diet snapple or water in a couple minutes.Is

that abnormal?Is my pouch stretched out?

I think I am experiencing physical hunger instead of head,but how can one

tell? I am exercising 2-3 times a week.No protein shakes.I just want my appetite

to take a hike.I miss the days when I wasnt hungry.I have not eaten

sugar,rice, or pasta in one year, and I havent had diet soda.I feel like I

should be a

twig with the bm's and the no sugar,but thats hardly the case.
