dear Tigger, Upper GI, good move. Please let us know. I am so sorry you are

having this pain. That in itself is exhausting. hang in there, and know we are

all rooting for it to be something that can be helped very soon.

Diane, have a good move and make sure you pack up your protein and water and

supps in one place where you can lay your hands on them first thing when you

get to your new house.

Cindy., hang in there re protein; like lovers, if you really look, you find

there is someone for everyone. You'll find one and probably more than one that

you really like. You'll learn to doctor it up if you like, too.

and Deb welcome to the board; its not the number of messages so much, its the

complete weirdness of people on the board. Some people say we should take

anti-weird pills. But, I don't want to add one more dang supplement to my

already

jillion-pill regimen. (grin)

Steve, hang in there. Body metabolism and water consumption combine

sometimes, esp drinking LESS water for a day or 2 causes weight gain in some, as

does

hidden sodium in food. Body holds onto water in either case. Alcohol seems to

make some pp hold onto water weight, or to get loggy, also.
