Guest guest
Mac n cheese? Chicken & dumplings? Lots of grits!!!! (Cook some, put a tube of Kraft garlic plastic cheese in there, tear up some sliced ham into tiny bits, dump in some eggs and some margarine, whoosh it all up. (beat the egg whites and the yellows, separately, if you're feeling energetic, and fold them in). Then bake it. I've even done that one in the microwave... Tuna casserole... There's also a wonderful pseudo oyster kind of thing that could be made with artichoke hearts... All sorts of soups, and don't hesitate to mix 'em -- green pea and tomato, blended if need be, with milk with however much butterfat your conscience allows... Yumm.... And actually, you're not on the downhill slope... You're sailing upwards! > > Thanks , > > I know although it doesn't always feel so, I am on the downhill slope > now with things improving little by little.
