Almost at 2 months straight with a bad flare trying to get things under control. I've bene eating nothing but beef, chicken, fish, avocado, grape juice, apple cider, yogurt, DCCC, eggs, and very little cheddar cheese. I tried mashed butternut squash 2 nights ago, and today I had a huge setback. It may be because of the medicine i'm on, but may not... very hard to tell right now.Butternut squash was one of the first things I could tolerate a year ago when I first started this diet. I guess that can change due to a flare??For anyone with experience, after a bad flare could you introduce foods faster than before? I'm losing way way too much weight.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 8 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 12 pills a day Prednisone 40mg entocort With vit E mixed inBack to intro/stage 1 for now.
