Not natural but walgreens sales some stuff called rephresh. It's a gel substance

you insert inside you. Since I started using that when I feel the onset of an

infection Ive only been to the doc a handful of times. I also use the acv and

probiotic douches you recommended to me. I've gotten bacterial infections since

I was 15 (about to be 33) so I know how irritating thet can be.
