A few months back I did a bit of research into this. The reason they

put casein in tuna is to remove some of the " fishy " taste to it.

I get Trader Joe's Tuna here in town and had confirmed in the past

that it is GFCF. I wonder if it's time to double check again.

I'm surprised that there's a tuna out there that had casein in it and

it wasn't on the can. Usually, I see " casein " or " caseinette " or

something like taht in the ingredients.

I think it usually says it in the ingredients that there is casein,

but if I was to read chicken broth, I'd still wouldn't buy it :-)

My son doesn't like tuna anyways, so to me is not a big deal, until

he'll do like Marty's son, I guess!
