DS w/out surgery on the stomach

I am sorry if this has been discussed before. I am considering the

DS surgery and cannot have any surgery done on my stomach (due to

other surgical problems in the past). Has anyone else had the

surgery in this way, and if so, what have been your results. My

surgeon indicates that he thinks the stomach re-sizing is only a

small portion of the benefit and thinks I will have good results.
