Guest guest
I just joined the Feingold program to help identify and eliminate chemicals and additives. As part of the sign up, I received a 2 week meal planner as a guide and a shopping list to go with this. This might be a good idea for either the Files section here, or on the gfcfdiet.com board. I know I was scrambling all over the place when we started GFCF trying to figure stuff out, and this added to my frustration. The 2-week guide and shopping list as been a big help and I easily got started right away. For the GFCF, it could include more store bought things like Van's waffles, Fat Free Pringles or Lays, canned fruits, calcium fortified orange juice, Bob's Red Mill rice flour (because there is a pretty good muffin recipe in the back), Meyer White Turkey slices, and some of the things on Dana's School Lunch List. Something a person doesn't have to start mixing flours for just to get started. Just a thought. .
