Guest guest
Hi ! Yes, I sometimes enjoy watching those shows about weight loss. I too find them incredibly motivating. But sometimes they're just degrading to the people they're profiling. I watched one such program about a man in Mexico that weighed around 1000 lbs or so. I guess they were going to get him to Italy or somewhere in Europe and do surgery on him. Anyway, the following day I heard some ad for one of the magazine type shows (like Access Hollywood, etc.) talking about the "fattest" man in the world... I just thought that was so degrading and rude. Abyway, thanks for the support and the b-day wish. I promise to have a LEAN good time. Ron Re: Ron glad you're back Hey Ron; Glad you're back I know what those dark places or caves are like I have them to. I lurk around here and reply sometimes. I know how difficult this is for you because I have been there with trying to loose the weight and people are passing you by. So I'm so glad you have resurfaced once again I know you will succeed in this program. If ever you want to e-mail me off support please do I would be happy to listen or talk you can call me at any time. It took 2 years for my PCP to submit my papers for approval and then three months from approval to surgery. There is a show on tonite called we lost 800 lbs one person lost with WLS and one person lost by herself just dieting Its on Discovery Health Channel at 8:00 pm I believe or it might be 9:00 pm. I like to watch these shows sometimes I get re motivated and I might also learn something new. Have a great B-Day I love to walk in the sand on the beach too. I need a trip back to Bodega Bay, Fort Ross and all the way up to Fort Brag now that I can walk in the sand OH WHAT A FEELING that sand in your toes and the salt air blowing on your face.
