Have you tried the Krispy Kreme donut trick? Eat something really high in fat

and that seems to get things moving. I don't use donuts, but high-fat muffins

work for me. I also found that by switching from ice-tea to water I was losing

more and getting more liquid in. I used to hate water pre-op, but now I can't

get enough.

Have you been monitoring your measurements? I know that sometimes the scale

doesn't change, but our measurements do.

Having said all of that, I do understand how you are feeling. I was weighing

myself a lot at first and freaked when I would see the scale remain the same for

days or even go up. Now I try not to weigh myself more than once a week. It

helps, but I still get paranoid. I have to keep reminding myself that I am OK

as long as I don't gain. I feel better than I have in years and that is why I

had surgery in the first place. Don't let the scale rule how you feel about

yourself.

How much do you eat in a day ? You might not be getting enough calories

and your body is fighting to hang on to everything. Try adding more

food...make something and set it out and everytime you walk by take a

bite...some days I have to do that when I have no appetite...but while I

think we think we'll lose faster by not eating, that isnt always the case!

By the way...I think you're doing great...its going to happen...just hang in

there
