I read that exact same paragraph last night, ! When I eat fresh

cilantro, my whole face feels hot and prickly for hours, so we don't do

cilantro around here any more.

I've also wondered about the apple pectin, garlic, cilantro, Vit. C, etc.

alternatives to DMSA, which really scares me.

We started chelating this weekend with DMSA and it is going excellently. My

son is handling it very well. Use to scare me too but so did this diet.

The more you learn, the less you fear . Keep learning more about it and

decide the benefits vs the risks. For us the benefits are out weighing the

risks at this point. :)
