So, I'm posting this to answer your question. Hi Tammi, No to all questions except I do read the OSSG-Graduate board as much as I can. I get good tips there and it helps when I am feeling discouraged. How I stay focused? I just take it a day at a time. Some days I am very unhappy with my eating which reminds me of the " old " pre-WLS days, but then I just start the next day reminding myself that it will never be as bad as it was before WLS with the non-stop binging. I also look for reasons to be grateful for the weight loss every single day - it helps me remember that is feels so much better to be thin than it does to eat something I should not.
