I've tried to reply to your e-mail but it has come back 2 times as

undeliverable. So, I'm posting this to answer your question.

Hi Tammi,

No to all questions except I do read the OSSG-Graduate board as much

as I can. I get good tips there and it helps when I am feeling

discouraged. How I stay focused? I just take it a day at a time.

Some days I am very unhappy with my eating which reminds me of

the " old " pre-WLS days, but then I just start the next day reminding

myself that it will never be as bad as it was before WLS with the

non-stop binging. I also look for reasons to be grateful for the

weight loss every single day - it helps me remember that is feels so

much better to be thin than it does to eat something I should not.

Did you have to go to any classes or head dr.'s before your

surgery? Do you attend any support meetings? I'm two hours from

any meetings, how do you stay focused?
