Guest guest
Hey I am usually a lurker and don't post often but I really appreciate being able to read the messages! I am almost a year out now from my surgery and I've lost about 150 pounds and I'm getting closer to my goal. I'm now at the point that I average about 1 pound loss a week. I am 5'9 " and now weigh about 219 pounds. I am getting around 650 to 800 calories every day and my nutrionist wants me to increase my calories. She says it would be healthier for me to be closer to 1,000 calories, especially with how much I exercise. I guess I'm a little afraid to eat more . . . I'd love some feedback from you guys about how many calories a person should be getting in after 9 months out. Thanks!
