hey, im new here and have a few questions

It seems this board is full of ppl with experience with jaw surgery

and so... here's my situation.

I got braces in January, and i had a surgery two weeks ago to expand

my upper jaw. They broke the jaw during the surgery and are right now

using an expander to exand the jaw... this will be finished by Monday

i think. Thing is, first of all... I have a gap in my teeth, in your

experience, did the gap close quickly?? or...

(In a few months, i hope to have the 2nd and final surgery where they

move the upper jaw to the correct place, leaving only a few months of

wearing my braces.)
