Guest guest
Does anyone have any hints about managing an integrated kitchen? We just had a scary experience-My son was gagging on spud puppies and I was eating a wrap with wheat flour. I didn't want to put my hand to his mouth so I grabbed my napkin, which scared him, and he started to choke. My husband ran and washed his hands, and cleared his mouth (yes, I know, you're not supposed to finger sweep, but he shoved 5 in his mouth!) I don't ever want to have to hesitate again to put my hands near his mouth so I won't be eating non diet foods with him anymore, but hubby is unwilling to do same. How are people handling this? We already have two strainers/colanders, toasters and a gfcf end of the table. What do people do about microwave, sponges, dishwashers, etc.? Now I feel like a gluten detective. And am getting quite paranoid! Thanks, Helene
