Grateful for Kaiser's approach

Just wanted to share if you are struggling with the 10%. I'm actually grateful now that kaiser made me go through it. I work for Jcpenney catalog and because it's sit down work and they don't discriminate based on weight there are a LOT of overweight people there. A fair number of people who have had the surgery too which has been really motivating for me.

Recently one of my co-workers had the bypass and didn't go through Kaiser They basicly ran her through and set her loose. She had so much trouble with how to eat afterwards and didn't have a real good understanding of her new system. I lent her my book and she was just amazed at all the information. I never thought I would say this because it's been very hard for me to lose the weight but I do feel well prepared now and I think it was a good idea.
