I have my first appointment with a psychologist in Richmond on 07/18.

I already saw a nutritionist and a psychologist in Antioch. I was

told they will schedule my orientation after that appointment. How

long do you have to wait for surgery after orientation? I've been

working on this whole process since December and I'm getting very

anxious and just want to know when to start. The nutritionist told me

not to start the diet until I go to orientation because you have to

lose 10% from the date of orientation. Is this correct?
