If only the wait list was just 18 months! Unfortunately, it's three

years or more. With only two surgeons in Canada performing this

procedure, you can imagine we're all stacked up like planes at an

airport on Christmas.

I'm on the wait list for the other guy, Dr. Colquhoun, in Saskatoon.

The wait is incredibly long -- the price is incredibly low (for us

Canadian citizens), and there's no private insurance company to lobby

for coverage. So there are some good things and some not so good

things.

Ah ha -- I think they told me that was life!
