Dear Pam,

I presently weigh 165 lbs. and wear size 10/12 with ease. Years ago

when I was " thin " I definately weighed less than 165 lbs. when I fit

into these sizes. Someone said that our bones are heavier due to all

the weight we've been carrying around. I now don't get hooked on the

scale numbers. I gauge myself by my clothes size. As far as

exercise goes, I have been briskly walking about 1 hour 3 to 4 times

a week. Now that I have lost some weight, I plan on going to a gym

and do some weight training at the urging of my surgeon.
