, I know what you mean about the DNA thing, I have 3 stick thin

brothers! It hardly seemed fair as I was growing up (and out) lol.

Thanks for the posts. I tried two thin slices of deli meat for one

meal & 3 oz of scrambled eggs with cheese for another meal. I ate

really slow & it worked great! I think I just needed something

more " solid " to sit in my stomach. I felt full and no carb

cravings.
