Guest guest Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 Thanks for the posts. I tried two thin slices of deli meat for one meal & 3 oz of scrambled eggs with cheese for another meal. I ate really slow & it worked great! I think I just needed something more " solid " to sit in my stomach. I felt full and no carb cravings. Thanks for the help!
