Guest guest
1.I wanted to tell the newbies about the complete guideline packet. But someone beat me to it. It was worth the money spent. I just got it two days ago and wish I had bought it weeks ago. It would have saved a lot of time and heartache. 2. butter. Technicallyl it is a fat and not casein. But if anyone has ever made it, it is hard to get all the whey out. Therefore it should be avoided 3. MissRoben's I thought it was suppose to be all gluten free and casein free. Am I wrong? Else why is there buttermilk powder in some of the products? __________________________________________________
Guest guest
For question 3: Ms. Robens carries various products for people on various diets. I believe that most of their products are gfcf, however, some do contain dairy. They also denote other allergy symbols to sort out other things you may be trying to avoid. Many people who are celiac do not have to limit dairy at all. So they need the gluten free stuff for sure, but if it has dairy, it's okay. My son is celiac, but unfortunately we have major dairy issues. You'll notice on the glutino and gluten-solution sites that they have dairy products as well-so be careful. Also, as for Kinnikinnick, make sure you onlu get their Alta line, the others have dairy. Wendi This and that > 1.I wanted to tell the newbies about the complete > guideline packet.
