Same here. I took the last one out myself also, even though you're

not supposed to.

wow I still had all my stiches up untill week 7 or 8. If its really

loose or the thread is long then you can go ahead and take it out or

clip it. Or just ask your surgeon to remove it. sometimes they need a

bit of help.
