Rose this note is especialy for you. You know that I really understand how you feel, Been there done that. I also went to a counselor. Things have been very rough these last few years. My counselor had worked with me at the inter city health center.

One day I went in for my appointment feeling lower than the lowest I had ever felt.

He looked at me with the bigest smile on his face and said "At last, I was really concerned about you, you are so strong, you alway want to there for others and most of the time you wait to long to tell others, hey I need some help!

One of the other thing we talked about was the past is the past-forget it, the future wil be what it is, I have no control over what happens,so each day I try to accept myself as the best me that I can be for that day.

You know now much love there is in this group, you can rest assured that when the load you are carrying is to heavy, you can be sure that there will be people jumping over each other to give you assistance.

I consider you one of our nicest people in our group, I still remember when you told me to phone you any time that I felt so bad and wanted to commit suicide. That no one should be alone when they feel so down and are alone, You said it would be no problem to call you at two in the morning because

baby catchers are use to be awakened at all times of the day and night.

To me you are like a star in the sky, always shining brightly to light the way when the going gets rough. Well OR Nurses are also use to be awakened at any time

if you would like to give me a phone call.
