What really got me was, my legs were still pretty numb and the damn nurse yelled at me to get up and walk to the bathroom. Well, I walked slow and bent over and it took forever to get to the bathroom while sharp pains shot up my back. The nurse didn't even stay to help me - she yelled at me and then just left. And I did have those sharp pains from time to time for years after. Even tho I was only 9, I told her it still hurt to walk, but she was a *itch. I sure didn't want to go through THAT again! But I do want as pain fee a recovery as possible because I am a chicken. :-) Carole
