Are you using super nu thera? Also magnesiun is essential in

absorbing the b vitamins snt has mag. we alse give our son epsom salt

baths and wo dissolve a tablespoon of epsom salts in some lotion and

rub him down (which seems to relax him as well). andy

In what form are you giving the supplements? I don't know about kids, but

one nutritionist I talked to for myself said that many vitamins, when

taken in tablet form, aren't as affective as capsules because of rate of

absorption or something like that.
