Can anyone direct me to some hard data that supports that carbs make WLS patients gain weight. Gayle _____ but the point is that potatoes are pure carbs, and we will gain with them, whereas pork rinds are just protein, no carbs (because they are meat, not starch), so they won't sabotage our weight loss.
