Guest guest
Slimfast. Ummm. That's designed for LOSING weight, not maintaining it. If that's the only thing that's working -- well, let it keep on working. But not the best all-time choice. It minimizes calories. If you can manage to use, doctor, whatever -- Ensure or Boost, you'll be doing your body some better favors. C. > > I know the feeling about the IV. Guest guest
Slim-fast will help you lose weight if you replace breakfast and lunch with it. But it helps you keep/gain weight if you take it in between meals as a snack, which is what I was implying. Sorry, should have specified that. Yann > > > > I know the feeling about the IV. Usually I am much healthier and don'tdrink cokes of any kind but I don't know what happened.
