Guest guest
Dear Farmworker Health Research Community, We are currently developing an evaluation instrument for an occupational heat and sun safety program, and we are looking for any existing scales and measures that have been used to measure 1) related behaviors and 2) determinants of those behaviors. 1) The main behaviors we are looking at are:--drinking water --taking rest breaks--wearing sun-protective clothing and equipment (long sleeve shirt, wide brimmed hat/bandana and cap, sunglasses, and/or sunscreen) 2) The determinants we are looking for are things like:--knowledge, --self efficacy, --beliefs, --attitudes, --barriers, etc If you are aware of any instruments or measures that have been used to measure these constructs and behaviors, please contact me at dipboye@... . Thank you for all your help!
