Guest guest
BTW - at 6 months exactly, I weighed 226. Our stats really are similar. Duffy: At exactly six months out, I was between 228-300, so we are about 5 lbs difference... pretty darn close! Oh, that makes me feel so gloriously good that there's hope and I WILL reach a normal weight by 12-18 months post-op!!!! What a sigh of relief. I really just want to make it to 170 and if I go lower, well that's great, too (as long as I don't get 'too' low and look emaciated). I was so worried that I wouldn't make it to 170 -- like I'd be stuck at 200 or something for the rest of my life... I know, there's now logical basis for it, just paranoia setting in. LOL I keep telling myself -- I was past 50 pct. excess weight loss at 5 months out, so chill out and enjoy the ride. Slow and steady wins the race, right? :) all the best, lap ds with gallbladder removal January 25, 2001 Dr. GAgner/Mt.
