Hi everybody...

I got the results back to the Candida yeast panel I had my doctor order and I'm

pretty sure it means I have yeast overgrowth. It was above the range on all the

IgG, IgA, etc. If anyone knows anything about these tests and can help interpret

it, please email me off list and I'll send you a copy b/c it's kind of confusing

to me.

So, I have in my hot little hands the following: oil of oregano (Oreganol

brand), grapefruit seed extract (Nutribiotic brand), and NOW empty capsules for

garlic-stuffing (the capsules contain hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable

source, and water).

I think I can also get my hands on lauricidin and s. boulardi.

I know to start low and slow, and to rotate every two weeks....but is there a

good order to introduce them? One that is best to start with?

And is just mincing the garlic before putting it in the capsules ok, or is there

something special I need to do to prepare them?

Thanks for any help!
