A place for FAQ to clarify

OK, here is my 2 cents on this. I certainly hope that not all questions

and answers get referred to a FAQ site, archives, etc. as I have no

access to these. I can not afford at all any web service so I have this

free Juno which gives me unlimited email but web is only at 4 am. I have

even tried at 4 am like they say, but still cant get on.

I also have free netscape but that limits me too and shuts me down after

about 20 minutes a day (as computer dum as I am it takes me that long to

get where I am going!!)

So if things do start being just referred to go somwhere for the answer

I'll be lost. Do a FAQ place if needed but I hope all discussions

continue on the email as well.
