Getting individual emails is made even easier if you use the " folders &

message rules " features of Outlook/Outlook Express. My rules say if the

subject contains " Graduate-OSSG " to put it in the OSSG folder.

I love this feature of Outlook. I have all my lists set up so if it is OSSG

then it goes into that file, if it is Boston related...it goes into that

file...etc. LOL I have a FEW files needless to say.

I finally learned how to do this, too. Makes a huge diff to see everything

neatly filed.
