I am not sure about the list, but I find it is just a good place to start

and the most accurate answers are on the list-serve. All I know about

Hershey's Syrup is that my son has a reaction to it when I use it, so I know

that it is not good. We use either NesQuick SYRUP or homemade. I am finding

myself homemaking more and more because it is not worth it to rely on

companies.

I, too, started making our chocolate syrup from the recipe in 's

book. I tastes great and doesn't have the additives.
