Guest guest
As usual, it's not all black and white. There are elements of both sides that enter into the obesity equation. Yes, many of us have strikes against us that our " normal " sisters don't have. And also, yes, most of us make choices that make those strikes against us even worse. The important thing is not so much the cause, but addressing the problem " from here. " Where do I go from here? What can I do/change to be successful this time? Whether it's genes or poor choices or emotional abuse that got us here or a combination of all, plus others, is less important than what we do to get BEYOND what put us here in the first place. Here's to lasting success for us all.
