As usual, it's not all black and white. There are elements of both sides that

enter into the obesity equation. Yes, many of us have strikes against us that

our " normal " sisters don't have. And also, yes, most of us make choices that

make those strikes against us even worse. The important thing is not so much

the cause, but addressing the problem " from here. " Where do I go from here?

What can I do/change to be successful this time? Whether it's genes or poor

choices or emotional abuse that got us here or a combination of all, plus

others, is less important than what we do to get BEYOND what put us here in

the first place. Here's to lasting success for us all.
