Ok all...I know I don't post often, but I wanted to let you know I

have made it to the other side!!!!! I had my open roux-en-Y on May

12....was home on the 15th and on the 16th was already down 7

pounds! I am following my rules STRICTLY! I am getting plenty of

fluids and almost my whole protein drink. Can anyone tell me....I

have a recipe for a protein drink and I altered it. Does anyone

know how much I have to have of it with the alteration? I mean how

much protein am I getting with the alteration. Here is my recipe:

4 cups 2% lowfat milk

1 cup nonfat dry milk

8 tablespoons Sugar Free Nesquick

I need help with that...I am new at this :)
