I had my open roux-en-Y on May 12....was home on the 15th and on the 16th was already down 7 pounds! I am following my rules STRICTLY! I am getting plenty of fluids and almost my whole protein drink. Can anyone tell me....I have a recipe for a protein drink and I altered it. Does anyone know how much I have to have of it with the alteration? I mean how much protein am I getting with the alteration.
