Guest guest
As far as cross contamination issues - I guess thats a personal choice - but I avoid all. I don't buy any Kellogg cereals cause they do have cross contamination issues. I but only the declared GFCF cereals through Miss Robens and my HFS. I call every company I deal with, recall and ask again and then call 6 months later to make sure again. The list is just a guideline to start with, but it does state somewhere on the list to call companies and reverify. I don't ask if they are just GFCF, I also ask specifically also about cross contamination. I even but only GFCF bread and eat it myself to avoid cross contamination from my toaster. I don't keep any non-gfcf foods in my refrig. up here. Any item I may want is downstairs in my basement fridge. Maybe I'm just that neurotic GFCF nut, but........... Is this list not accurate? > Janelle > ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less!
