Guest guest
<People had mentioned the TWINLABS A & D -- What about Vitamin K and E??? Do you take extra supplements for these? I think they are significantly less than ADEKS and I'd like to keep a three month supply on hand or something. Also, I'm using Chromagen Forte liquid iron, but would like to keep some cheaper Iron substitutes on hand in case of emergency... Anyone have any suggestions?????? Same for multis -- does anyone know of a relatively cheap multi that I could stock up on??????? > Hi , My doctor's nutritionist said that we should be able to get enough K and E from the multi vitamins so I take 2 Theragram M's and 2 Allergy A & D. Theragram M is fairly inexpensive and are good vitamins. I usually stock up when they are on sale, this week 130 for $4.99 at CVS. Many thanks for your kind thoughts and sentiments, . Between Wednesday and Sunday, I passed a total of 12 stones, some of them the size and shape of a Rice Krispy. But, I am OK now. I saw the urologist yesterday. He will call me once the chemical analysis of the stones comes back, but he is willing to bet that they are calcium oxalate. He says that the best thing that I can do to ward off future stone formation is to drink lots and lots more water every day. > >It's been really stressful for me this past week. I believe it takes 5 tablets to equal what you get in one tablet of Chromagen Forte, but, heck, it's fairly cheap. >Same for multis -- does anyone know of a relatively cheap >multi that I could stock up on??????? I also take CVS multi's. I forget which, of many. But, I think that I opted for the old-folks ( " seniors " ) choice because of the added minerals. They go on sale periodically, and I stock up.
