great. But there is only one choice to eat carbs or not to eat carbs. For

me and I think most others, carbs are addictive, we can't just eat controlled

portions.

Pam,

The bread actually sounds fine. I have discovered that I don't

eat much bread anymore. I eat 1 pita bread a week max. I believe

someone suggested that if you are having a craving for something you

might want to eliminate it. It might be worth a try.
