Guest guest
Hi Jeri, Sorry if my post hit a nerve....Maybe I didn't state it well. I know how hard it was prior to having the weight loss surgery tool. I also know there were some things I had control over, others I didn't. For instance at 450 I couldn't walk to the mailbox so exercise (with the attending asthma attacks) was not an option. I do know that I and only I made the food choices I put in my mouth. No blame-just accountability and now the desire to make healthy choices is easier because of wls and support from the dear people on this list. I knew this would hit a nerve when I posted it. Perhaps its good to think about these things even if it causes some uncomfortableness...I know even with the wls tool may of us (::raising my hand high here: make bad choices. Just running the accountability flag up the pole for anyone that wishes to examine it. I won't answer any more of these posts so we can move on to other issues. Controversy is good as long as it does not get out of hand and become personal attacks.
