Guest guest
DamarisLife is hard, my husband and me split in March due to his mental illness. My dad end of March. My mother and one sister have been so depressed since then and they are hard to deal with. My neighbor died last week of a asthma attack at the age of 51 (I'm 50) and we've been neighbors for 21 years. Yes life gets hard, but we need to find other ways than food. Robynn named many different wonderful outs of stress and boredom, please use the insight to make things better for yourself. Take care. She was my best friend, the best mom and my biggest supporter. Kaiser has a great grief class that I went to in Sacramento. Have you tried any of their classes? I really recommend them. As for being scared, we have been at some point in our journey. Turn your fear into a positive. You have worked hard to get to this point and you will need to work harder to be a success but you know you can do it because you have already started. Let us know how are your appts. go because we really do care. Hang in there and know that you are not alone.
