Hello everyone, I'm kinda new in the group. I had gastric bypass a

little over two years ago,and in the last year, I've gained 20 pounds

back. I'm a stress eater, and I eat when I'm happy, bored, sad etc.

I'm really upset, and scared about this. I would just like some input

from anyone that might be like me, and having this gain. thanks for

listening.
