Wow, there is such a difference in doctor and nutritionists opinions.

I got blasted by my nutritionist when I told her I avoided potato,

breads and crackers. She said I needed to eat some carbs, not much,

but some every week. Popcorn is fine for me, as are nuts, dried

fruits and trail mixes.

I got tired of the headaches and have resumed drinking coffee since

about 6 months out. Coffee doesn't bother me a bit and the morning

headaches are gone...could not stand feeling so worn out in the

morning as well. yep, I use the flavored coffemates too. But no more

than two a day.

Every variety of one particular brand of frozen yogurt makes me sick

[that I bought from a home delivery store] but the ones at the

yogurt shops don't have any adverse effects. A moderate amount of

Low-fat ice cream is ok for me too, as is cheesecake. I can also

drink any type of juices. I don't eat or drink much of any of these,

as they are not a good use of calories, but it just to show you

every one is different.

Any meat, chicken, or fish that is moist I can eat; but I still

cannot tolerate dryish meats, chicken or fish...I'll vomit them

almost immediately. Other than these everything stays down unless

I'm too full, them I vomit only the excess...which is totally

odd...unlike having the flu; it is kind of like a baby spitting up

the excess milk when they burp. Very odd we humans. Lynda
