Guest guest
The part of the chicken that is the back. In the US, chicken is cut up into parts like breast, wing, leg, thigh. It is hard to find a chicken back sold on its own. It is usually in a package with a whole chicken cut up. In many recipes, you can substitute different parts. Hope this helps PJ > > > I have some problems with the translation of some english word (since I speek norwegian). > > What is chicken backs? > > I read several stock recipes that says chicken backs but I can figure out what it is. > > karianne > 19 year old with ASD > On scd since august 09 > www.scdandme.com >
