Guest guest
Thanks, Kim. I'll look into the drink. For today I've just been drinking tons of water, adding salt to my chicken soup/chicken liver mix, and I happened to look up the potassium levels of acocados - turns out they are higher than bananas. The remaining ingredient is magnesium. Any tips on foods rich in magnesium? Also a sidenote about magnesium. People were telling me to stop taking my Calcium/Magnesium suppliment when I had D because magnesium is supposed to cause D. But it sounds like it is also really necessary (along with Calcium - my levels were on the low end). Any thoughts?
