I'm only 27 months out from a DS, and pretty much stopped losing at

about 18 months after about 70% EWL. I was a slow loser: it took me

50 weeks to reach the Century Club. I seem to bounce around within a

5-pound band. I exercise pretty religiously and try to curb the

breads and other simple carbs when the weight creeps up, but I don't

really know if that has much to do with it.
