We also use the Minute Main 100% juice boxes (grape, cherry, and

apple). I just called about the natural flavors listed and the woman

immediately said their 100% juices are completely GFCF. I asked about

the foil lining, because I cut one open and saw the foil. She said it

is aluminum foil BUT there is a thin layer of polyethylene plastic on

top of the aluminum so the juice never comes in contact with it. This

may also be the case for The Capri Sun however someone will need to

call.
