Insurances that approve cosmetic surgery?

I know there are private insurances out there that pay for cosmetic reconstruction after WLS. I wonder:Who are they? Does anyone know?If a person switches to such a plan after having WLS, does the new insurance deny cosmetic reconstruction saying it's a pre-existing condition?Thanks.Martha
