I'm into my fourth week and am gradually introducing foods into my diet.

Tyson chicken is wonderful....moist. Though like everyone I can only eat

small amounts. OH! And I had pinto beans yesterday which I totally loved!

Today I tried eggbeater with cheese. My system barely tolerated it. My

favorite meals right now are tomato soup and carnation instant breakfast..

which I will be having for supper in a minute. LOL

I'm trying to see what I will be able to eat on vacation, which I will be

taking next week. I will be eating abroad...mostly at the hotel for five

days. I know I will be about to get fruit, soup. I was hoping and maybe

still will try an omelet again. But I was also wondering about salads. Is

this too early for me to tackle?
