Guest guest Posted May 15, 2003 Report Share Posted May 15, 2003 OK gang! I am having a coronary. I have been working out at Curves for two weeks. A minimum of 3 times a week. As of today my body weight is up 3 lbs - body fat is only up .7 lbs. (yes that is less than a lb). Does that indicate a 2.3 lbs muscle gain (hopefully gearing the muscle up for fat burning?)? Sorry to sound so desperate - just looking for a little hope here...however if I am grasping at straws it is OK to say so... Thanks for your answers in advance.
