Guest guest
Marla ands others, when you started Remicade How did you know it was working? I just had my second treatment and I am concerned that I might be some one that it does not work on. What should I expect to happen, I am really disappointeed. Guest guest
judy be patient if this is only your second dose they are just introducing the remicade into your system. it first starts out 2 at 2 weeks then every 4 weeks and some people go every 6 or 8 weeks. when i first got started on the remicade i could not lift my right leg, i was in a wheel chair. i am on my 7th infusion and can lift my leg again !! then i graduated to the walker and went to walking without assistance unless i got dizzy . so i would have to say it works slowly. it took along time to get this disease (at least for me) this disease does not happen over night ! just keep the faith and stay with the remicade.~~~~your sarkie sister barb To: Neurosarcoidosis Sent: Saturday, June 27, 2009 1:57:34 AMSubject: Remicade Marla ands others, when you started Remicade How did you know it was working? Guest guest
Judy, I think it varies quite a bit; seems like some folks can tell an immediate benefit, and others take awhile. Of course, some are going to have adverse reactions & some won't see any improvement. Hopefully, you'll see some improvement in time. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
